   REeBroker pays ALL AGENTS 100% real estate commission split from the start. We believe that in today’s market productive agents deserve to be compensated fairly.
3. What fees your broker will require from you on a monthly basis?
   REeBroker does not charge any monthly fees. Our agents work from their home offices and they are happy with such arrangement. It allows them to be more productive, see more prospects and follow up on more leads. We give all the tools to get the job done.
4. Does your broker offer commission advancement?
   At REeBroker we have a commission advancement program.
5. Do they have a minimum sales quota?
   We do not have any sales quotas. This is only pretence used by some brokers as a motivator for real estate agents to sell more to get to another level. In reality it is an excuse to pay real estate agent less at least for the time being.
6. What is the territory you are allowed to cover?
   As REeBroker agent you are allowed to cover multiple areas in the state of California. We have a long list of Memberships to California’s Realtor Associations and we cover most of California regions.
7. Are there penalties or fees involved with transaction processing?
   We review and verify your transaction paperwork free of charge two times. If you still have an error, we will charge you a $100 fee for the third review. This is very easy to avoid, we have all the tools, checklists and online instructions how to fill out and submit the required documentation. Even newbie agents get it right usually the first time.
8. Do they have in-house lending services?
   To have a mortgage broker in the house is a great advantage, it helps the transaction processing and  your business in many ways. We do have REeBroker Mortgage and Loans Division which many of our agents and clients use gladly.
9. How do they pay commissions and when?
   Please make sure you get this straight if you are talking to a prospective broker. We pay commissions directly from escrow.
10. What do they offer to help you to promote yourself?
    We have a set of REeBroker business cards, signs and postcard templates. We consult agents over the phone on sales, prospecting and follow up techniques. We are currently working on rolling out real estate agent Online Marketing and real estate leads generating programs which will be offered to our agents free of charge.
11. What amenities in broker’s office you can use and if you do is there an extra charge?
    REeBroker agents use their home or mobile offices to conduct business. Your expenses are your tax write offs. We do not involve ourselves in these matters.
12. What type of help do they offer with transaction processing and is there a charge for that?
    We have all the tools for you to process your transactions like an expert, but if you are too busy we have a Transaction Coordinator service which is only $350 per transaction where we prepare the documentation and process the transaction for you.
